Annual award for truth and justice 2009

RAS - The International Serbian Organization grants its Annual award for truth and justice for struggle against anti-Serbian disinformation, falsehood, corruption and bias in the realms of media, politics and academia.

The following distinguished individuals have demonstrated exceptional courage, determination and success in this struggle and have worked tirelessly to preserve the values of truth and justice in politics, the media and in academia, and as such, have offered those who experienced injustice and suffering as a result of their Serbian ethnicity and heritage, a sense of hope and reinforcement of faith in the human spirit. For this they are specially recognized, admired and loved by many all over the world.

Stella Jatras

For her courageous and tireless work against the publication and perpetuation of deliberate falsehoods against the Serbian people in journalism and the media and her numerous articles in which she exposes the corrupt and passionately defends the truth.

Julia Gorin

For her conscientious and ethical journalistic spirit demonstrated by her thorough research of historical facts with which she increases awareness of truth among the public and demonstrates her unrelenting and methodical quest for justice.

Ninoslav Randjelovic

For bringing to the world poignant images of truth through his documentary films from his numerous trips to Kosovo. He reveals a cry for help from Serbian people who are denied a voice, silenced, and forgotten.
